Club Parent

Highly qualified specialists work in club “Parent” – psychologists, social workers, pediatricians, lawyers and other volunteers.

When parents find out that their child has a congenital heart disorder they usually have a very strong emotional reaction including fear, anger, anxiety and sadness. Parents are also disappointed that they couldn’t make a healthy child and this is very often accompanied with shame and guilt. The fact is that these families need help, consulting and support.

Parents and relatives of children with heart disorders founded the club. They share their experiences, learn how to help themselves and how to give their support to other families with the same problem. The parents are also encouraged to defend their rights and to seek help for their children and their family.
